  • Nope. This is all about messaging — not design.
    If your site structure works and you’re happy with the visuals, this service helps you make the words do their job better. It’s a strategic rewrite, not a redesign.

  • You can absolutely add pages — just let me know. Additional standard pages can be added for £250. More complex pages eg sales pages costed by scope).

  • Storybrand
    This is a way of structuring website messaging so it’s written through the customer’s eyes.

    They’re the hero.
    You’re the guide.
    The problem is clear.
    The outcome is clear.
    And the next step is obvious.

    In practice, it stops websites being “about the business” and makes them useful to the person reading.



    SPIN
    It’s a questioning approach I use to uncover what really matters to your buyer.

    What’s going on in their world.
    What isn’t working.
    What it’s costing them (time, money, momentum, confidence).
    And what changes when it’s fixed.

    It keeps the copy grounded in real priorities — not vague claims or fluffy benefits.



    Are you affiliated with StoryBrand or SPIN?

    No. I’m not affiliated with either.
    They’re influences I’ve learned from and adapted over the years. While I think they’re brilliant, I don’t believe they do ‘the full job’ needed for website copy. So I also incorporate brand positioning frameworks to create my own method for audience-first, conversion-focused website copy. description

  • Big shifts in direction after the copy is delivered usually mean a project extension. That’s why we start with strategy — to get clear upfront and avoid surprises later.

    If you do need more support, we can chat about further scope and budget.

  • From start to finish, it’s a 2-3 week process — assuming you're ready to go and can review things promptly.

    The delivery window is intentionally tight to keep up momentum and start generating positive results for you as soon as possible.

  • If your site needs both messaging and design work, the full Clarity to Clicks Sprint is a better fit. That includes brand clarity, strategic messaging, AND custom Squarespace design. We can discuss which service suits you best on our discovery call

  • Implementation isn’t included by default, but I can absolutely do that for you as an add-on (especially if you're on Squarespace). I’ll format everything neatly so it's ready to go either way

  • The Clarity Rewrite focuses on your core website pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.). Blog posts, case studies, and ongoing content are separate scope.

    If you need a content library for marketing, the add-on might be a perfect start for your ongoing marketing.

  • The Clarity to Clicks Web Sprint includes everything — brand clarity, full copy, and website design. If you’re planning a full redesign or know you’ll want visuals updated too, it might be the better fit.

    But if your site’s fine visually and you just want to sound clearer? The Clarity Rewrite is the one.

  • We clarify your brand direction in the workshop, the details of your services and you approve the Brand Clarity Blueprint before I write a single word.

    This ensures the copy reflects what we agreed strategically. Two revision rounds are included for refinements.

    In my experience, when the strategy is clear, the copy lands right.

  • You get two structured rounds of revisions across the full site copy.
    These are for refining tone, clarity and flow — not for rethinking the strategy we’ve agreed in the Clarity Workshop and Blueprint.

    Round 1 covers substantial changes (adjusting tone, reframing sections, emphasis).

    Round 2 is for final polish (word choice, small tweaks).

    Most clients are happy after the first round because we've aligned on strategy before I write a word.
