I wanted professional photos that didn’t look like every other cheesy, plastic AI headshot doing the rounds.

I gave Carla a brief packed with very different references — Mark Mann, Irving Penn, even the clouds from Monty Python. It could’ve been a mess, but thanks to Carla it wasn’t.

I think that’s because she’s not just hitting a button, she took the brief, interrogated it, interpreted it and worked with me to make sure the output was right.

The power of AI is incredible — but any good racehorse needs a good jockey. Carla listened, tweaked, and guided the process so the portraits had character and authenticity. They weren’t just AI doubles of me — they were me.

What came back had proper character When I showed them to my family, they said, ‘That’s you.’

    The only things it can struggle with are matching very small details like specific moles.

  • I send you a detailed questionnaire asking questions that give me all the information I need to create your images.

    I also ask for examples of recent photos to ‘train’ the AI. The more you can supply, the better the result will be.
