What if I want more than three competitors looked at?
Three is the limit for the Power Hour. More than that and the time on the call gets stretched too thin. If you want a deeper competitor analysis, that's part of the bigger Brand Strategy work.
Will I actually walk away with something useful?
Yes. The three priority moves are designed to be specific and actionable, not vague advice.
You should be able to act on at least one of them straight away.
How soon can you do it?
Usually within two to three weeks of booking, depending on availability. You'll see live slots in the booking calendar.
What if I want to book the bigger work straight away?
Then skip the Power Hour and go straight to Brand Strategy or Brand & Website Evolution. The Power Hour is for people who want a smaller focused piece of work first.
Is the £595 refundable?
Once prep work has begun, it's non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule the call itself, that's fine with at least 48 hours notice.
Do I need to prepare anything?
You'll fill in a short brief when you book, with your links and what's prompting this. That's usually all I need to do the heavy lifting from there.
If I think it would be useful to get more background then I will be in contact via email to ask for it.
